Nae, the Assistant Manager is on point. She knows her stuff and will help you anyway she can. We have a new Property Manager name Bre. She is a proficient, knowledgeable Manager that gets the job done.

Been here for almost a year and it have been a pleasure. Nae & Breanna & Ron are an amazing team! Any questions I have they always make sure I get a response in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place.

Crystal, Nae and Willie are excellent! I've had nothing but an awesome experience since staying here at broad view apartment. Anything I had any issue with it gets done fast!

I have been here a few months now and settling into a routine which is a positive. The staff has been great. To be honest the best part so far for me is that my cable AND light bills are including in my rent along with being 95% less. Also, being here has made me take stock in what is REALLY important (as in stuff).

Broadview is a great place to live!! I strongly recommend living here the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your needs are met. I have been here almost 5 months and the experience has been among the best.
