Breanna has really turned this place around love the atmosphere whenever I come to the office!

I have been stressing with my relocation of living. I called and spoke with the best staff member Breanna. She answered all my questions. The professionalism she gave was awesome.

Breanna went the extra mile, really made me feel welcomed!

Bre gave me all of the information over the phone that I would need to have for my application. She also scheduled a tour around my schedule. I look forward to meeting her in person.

I’m so glad I stopped in after seeing the “Now Leasing” sign. Not only are the apartments newly remodeled, but they also have brand-new gym equipment. The community looks great, and I can’t wait to use the fitness center and become a resident!

Came into Broadview Apartments on 05/29/2026 to view an apartment, and Ms. Breanna went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was extremely gracious, answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and did it all with a smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable and welcoming. Thank you, Ms. Breanna!

Breanna the new Property Manager has been extremely helpful and responsive ever since she started. The old manager used to hide in the office and never actually help us, for the longest time I thought the Assistant Manager was the Manager because that's who I would always get on the phone with and who would help me in the office. Breanna is completely turning this place around I love when she host events in the clubhouse, she is always so thoughtful. When she asked me for a review last month I was having account issues, so I wanted to make sure that was fixed first before I left this review. Amazing Manager will recommend this place to all my friend's!

Toured with Bre earlier this month, I was getting ready to transfer my job from out of state, but it ended up falling through. She gave me an amazing tour extremely attentive, and even though it didn't work out she still followed-up with me and that meant the world to me! I will recommend this place to anyone in need of a clean and affordable studio apartment in Columbia SC!

The Property Manager Breanna, has helped me tremendously through the leasing process here, I was originally declined for the apartment but she has exhausted every avenue to get me approved and set-up with my new apartment and life!

Toured with Breanna Earlier this month but forgot to leave her a review, she was amazing and a wealth of information, made me feel welcomed and right at home, looking forward to leasing at this property!
