I’m so glad I stopped in after seeing the “Now Leasing” sign. Not only are the apartments newly remodeled, but they also have brand-new gym equipment. The community looks great, and I can’t wait to use the fitness center and become a resident!

Came into Broadview Apartments on 05/29/2026 to view an apartment, and Ms. Breanna went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. She was extremely gracious, answered all of my questions with patience and professionalism, and did it all with a smile. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made the experience enjoyable and welcoming. Thank you, Ms. Breanna!

Breanna the new Property Manager has been extremely helpful and responsive ever since she started. The old manager used to hide in the office and never actually help us, for the longest time I thought the Assistant Manager was the Manager because that's who I would always get on the phone with and who would help me in the office. Breanna is completely turning this place around I love when she host events in the clubhouse, she is always so thoughtful. When she asked me for a review last month I was having account issues, so I wanted to make sure that was fixed first before I left this review. Amazing Manager will recommend this place to all my friend's!

Toured with Bre earlier this month, I was getting ready to transfer my job from out of state, but it ended up falling through. She gave me an amazing tour extremely attentive, and even though it didn't work out she still followed-up with me and that meant the world to me! I will recommend this place to anyone in need of a clean and affordable studio apartment in Columbia SC!

Perks: The Apartment views are absolutely unmatched. Having an outside cookout area, onsite laundry facility and a 24-hour fitness center within the building eliminates the need for a separate gym membership. Location: Convenience: Situated right in the center of everything, you are within walking distance to fantastic local dining, shopping, and public transportation that links you to downtown Columbia.
